Following on from our hugely successful Butcher It courses, our new Meat Masterclass is designed to broaden your experience of cooking different cuts of meat. You will learn how to joint a chicken, make pan sauces, trim and cook a rack of lamb and learn about sous vide and brining. Sample dishes may include:

 

  • How to brine a chicken or turkey
  • Rack of lamb with mustard and herb crust
  • Burmese chicken curry
  • Pork medallions with marsala cream sauce
