About The Course
Learn how to make a delicious dinner party menu using the freshest, seasonal ingredients. We will show you how to get ahead with good preparation so that you can make dishes ahead of time allowing you to enjoy the company of your friends and family knowing you have a delicious dinner ready to serve. During the course we will be taking you through a three-course menu with the addition of canapes for a winning start.
Sample dishes include:
- Leek and filo tarts
- Winter squash and goats cheese salad
- Slow roast belly of pork with quick dauphinoise potatoes and roasted vegetables
- Banana sticky toffee pudding
- Chocolate fondant
