Fantastic Fish

This course will see you mastering fish preparation, with tuition from our own fish expert. You will learn preparation methods for molluscs, shellfish, flat fish and round fish, and cook dishes using each of them.

Sample dishes include:

  • Steamed mussels with ‘nduja and gremolata
  • Prawn Calcutta curry
  • Sole meuniere
