About The Course
Learning how to chop and slice properly is where we start when teaching people how to cook. The evening not only covers knife skills, meat and fish cookery, but also sauce making. Even if you have some experience, consolidate your skills, expand your repertoire and grow your confidence in the kitchen! Dishes that you may cook include:
