                                About The Course
                An essential course for anyone wanting to up their knife skills in the kitchen. We will start by showing all the correct knives for each job, along with sharpening. You will then grasp the skill of efficient chopping and slicing, julienne, chiffonade and brunoise. For the second half of the evening you will create some delicious dishes which have been designed to put your new skills to the test.
Samples recipe may include:
- Vegetable stir fry with black bean sauce
- Salmon en papillote
- Burmese chicken curry
- Roast cod with clam and chive sauce
