This is an introductory lesson in ‘authentic’ Japanese cuisine hosted by a very talented Japanese chef, Wakako Guppy.
The format of the evening will be as follows:
- Brief history on the origins of sushi
- Preparation of rice for sushi
- Making 3 types of sushi rolls: futomaki (thick), ura (inside-out), and hosomaki (thin)
This course is not suitable for vegetarians and involves raw fish.
