Join us on a journey into the world of artisan breadmaking. An artisan is someone who works skilfully with their hands - and you’ll do just that on this course. Working with high quality ingredients in a traditional way, we cover the methods and science behind breadmaking and create some more unusual and interesting loaves such as:

Ciabatta (using a sourdough starter)

Potato and rosemary bread

Stromboli (bread roulade with delicious filling)

Pumpernickel

Challah (an enriched dough)
