About The Course
Mastering the art of creating delicious desserts can take some time and practice, but we will introduce you to some of the techniques that a pastry chef needs to master. Pastries, tarts, mousses, souffles, meringues, ice-creams and sorbets - the list is long and we will fit as much as we can into 5 hours!
