This course is all about learning how to prepare quick and easy dishes with quick cook cuts of meat. You will learn how to panfry meat and make a sauce with the flavours left in the pan. We will also include a classic emulsion sauce. Sample recipes:
Pork medallions with Marsala cream sauce
Steak with béarnaise sauce
Chicken thighs with vermouth and tarragon sauce
