About The Course
This course is dedicated to the art of pasta making! From how to make beautiful fresh pasta, including different flavours in the dough, to how to roll it out and shape it. We also teach you delicious fillings for ravioli or tortellini and the sauces to go with them. Sample dishes may include:
- Greek parsley pasta
- Smoked trout and watercress ravioli
- Spinach and ricotta tortellini
- Crab, chilli & cherry tomato sauce
- Pesto sauce
- Spinach pici with pinenuts and cherry tomatoes
