About The Course

This fun 1 day course will give you an insight into the world of Pies, Pâtés & Terrines. Classical and contemporary dishes will be completed by using essential skills and techniques, such as raised pork and game pies and chicken liver parfait.

You will have any array of dishes to take home and enjoy with your family.

Sample dishes may include:

  • Hand raised pork pie with hotwater crust pastry, black pudding & sage
  • Chicken liver parfait with a prune compote
  • Duck terrine with a gooseberry and ginger compote
  • Italian sausage plait
  • Pork, prune and pistachio terrine
