About The Course
We will take you through choosing suitable cuts of beef, lamb and pork for long slow cooking. Although not as cheap as they used to be, slow cooking cuts are cheaper and the longer and slower they are cooked, the more flavoursome and delicious they can be. Our focus is not just on meat though - some of the best vegetarian slow cooked recipes are included too.

- Middle eastern spiced shoulder of lamb
- Slow roasted pork belly with sage and apple
- Beef ribs with BBQ sauce
- Slow cooked lamb shanks in red wine and rosemary
- Osso bucco
- Mexican pulled pork quesadillas
