About The Course
This is an introductory lesson in ‘authentic’ Japanese cuisine hosted by Michelin-trained, multi award-winning chef Neil Witney – founder of Little Fish and mastermind behind some of the UK’s top pan-Asian restaurants. This course is not suitable for vegetarians.
The format of the evening will be as follows:
- Brief history on the origins of sushi
- Rice, vegetable & fish preparation
- Seasoning & garnishing
- Assembly: 3 types of sushi rolls & a selection of Nigiri
- Eat & enjoy your creations
