This bread and pastries course will be run over two consecutive days, Saturday 1st March and Sunday 2nd March, with our guest chef - Tim Goodwin.
A craftsman through and through, award-winning Tim Goodwin, teaches you how to make sourdough bread and pastries from scratch. From Country Sourdough to Baguette, and from Focaccia all the way to Croissant, you will walk away excited and equipped to make awesome, nourishing and delicious sourdough breads and pastries at home.
